Reservations Policies

To make a reservation over the phone (or on-line when available) you will need to use a credit card.  Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the fare plus any applicable taxes at the time you make the reservation.

Because of our economical fares, tickets on Nui Air are non-refundable.  Once you make a reservation your credit card is charged there are no refunds for unused tickets.

You may however change your reservation any time up to 48 hours before the flight.  A $25.00 change fee will be charged to your credit card for any date or time changes to your original reservation.

Check-in Process

Nui Air offers a ticket-less, no hassle check in process.  Simply arrive at our check-in desk as little as 15 minutes before departure time with a photo ID.  Our customer service agent will verify your reservation and check you in for the flight.  Click on ‘Airports’ for diagrams of our terminals, as well as terminal locations.

 

Baggage Policy

Customers are allowed two pieces of luggage.  Small items such as purses and briefcases may be kept near your seat or on your lap.  Large items will be stowed in the cargo areas of the airplane as you board and will be returned when you disembark the aircraft.  Please note that baggage space is limited and it is possible that very large bags may not be accommodated.  Please discuss this with our customer service agent at the time of your reservation if you intend to bring very large bags.  We can however accommodate most golf club bags.
